- Candidates must be ready to apply online only at https://psc.ap.gov.in between 13/10/2026 and 02/11/2026 (11:59 PM), as no other mode is accepted.
- Candidates must have an OTPR ID and must be aware that OTPR registration alone is not an application.
- Candidates must pay Rs. 250 as processing fee and Rs. 120 as examination fee online and must not expect a refund as the fee is non-refundable (IPOs and Demand Drafts are not accepted), except that candidates in SC, ST, BC, PBD or Ex-Servicemen categories, White Card holders and unemployed youth (with a declaration) must be exempt from the Rs. 120 exam fee only.
