- Candidates must have applied online at https://psc.ap.gov.in between 06/10/2026 and 27/10/2026, up to 11:59 PM.
- Candidates must be registered with OTPR (One Time Profile Registration) before applying and must know that OTPR alone is not an application.
- Candidates must have a four-year B.Sc. / B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Horticulture from a recognized University in the State, or any University accredited by ICAR.
- Candidates must have paid a ₹250 processing fee and a ₹120 examination fee online (no IPO or DD) and must be aware that fees are non-refundable, except that SC, ST, BC, PBD, Ex-Servicemen, white-card holders and unemployed youth (with a declaration) are exempt from the ₹120 exam fee, while candidates from other States must pay both fees in full.
