- Candidates must report on 05.11.2026 (Thursday) between 12.00 and 12.30 hrs. at Conference Room No. 1, Ground Floor, Behind BARC Hospital Library, BARC Hospital, Anushaktinagar, Mumbai-400094, to receive an application form, as the interview is at 14.00 hr.
- Candidates must have submitted the completed form, with attached Xerox copies and photographs, before 12.45 hrs., because no forms are accepted after that.
- Selected candidates must have a Medical Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner and a Police Verification Certificate.
- Candidates must have minimum 60% in SSC, or HSC with minimum 60% in aggregate (with Science and Maths).
- Candidates must have a Trade Certificate of one year duration.
