- Candidates must have senior-level technical or operational management experience in an organization of repute, and must have led R&D projects of adequate significance in AI/ML, Communication, Tele-Communication, or Micro-Electronics and Embedded Systems, in the Defence Sector, for at least 5 of the last 10 years.
- Candidates must apply online only at https://pesb.gov.in/ by 3:00 PM on 05.11.2026, as physical or e-mail applications will be rejected.
- Candidates, other than those from private companies, must have their applications forwarded through the proper channel to PESB by 5:00 PM on 16.11.2026. The channel is the Cadre Controlling Authority, Administrative Ministry, CPSE or SPSE, or nodal officer, depending on the category.
- Private-sector candidates must apply directly to PESB. They must attach the company’s annual reports for the last 3 financial years, proof of listing status, evidence of Board-level or immediately-below-Board-level position, self-attested age and qualification documents, and details of relevant jobs handled.
