Application Fee

The fee must be paid online. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit a separate application and pay the fee separately for each post. The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

AIIMS Rewari Vacancy 2026 Details & Eligibility Criteria

The number of posts may increase or decrease as per the requirement of the client.

Key conditions for each post:

• Office Superintendent: Bachelor's degree with 5 years' experience in Administration and Establishment, Accounts or Purchase in Central or State Government, PSU, autonomous body, university, contractual or private sector.
• Assistant Store Officer: Diploma in Material Management with 3 years' experience, or graduate degree with 2 years' experience, or post-graduate degree with 1 year's experience in store handling, preferably in medical stores.
• Computer Programmer / IT Analyst: B.Tech / B.E in Computer Science, Information Systems, ECE, EEE, EE or equivalent with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA, and 2 years' experience in software development with languages such as Java, C++ or Python.
• Desktop / IT Support Engineer: BCA or B.Tech / B.E in IT, Computer Science or Electronics Engineering, with 1 year's experience in desktop or IT technical support.
• Receptionist: Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Hospital Administration or Hospitality Management, with hands-on experience in office applications, spreadsheets and presentations.
• Personal Assistant: Bachelor's degree, with English or Hindi shorthand and computer transcription skills.
• Multi-Tasking Staff: Matriculation from a recognised board. Experienced candidates get preference, but freshers may also be considered.
• Data Entry Operator: 12th pass, a certificate or course in computer applications (such as DOEACC / NIELIT or equivalent), knowledge of MS Windows, Word, Excel, internet and email, and typing speed of at least 35 WPM in English.

Selection Process

1. Applications are scrutinised and shortlisted by BECIL on the basis of the eligibility criteria for each post.
2. The list of shortlisted candidates is sent to the client (AIIMS Rewari) for further selection, such as interview, assessment or skill test.
3. Shortlisted candidates are informed of the date, time and mode through registered email or telephone.
4. Only the final list of selected candidates will be published on becil.com. BECIL need not publish interim results or marks.
5. Selected candidates must submit a valid Police Verification Report at the time of document verification.

Mere possession of the required qualification does not entitle a candidate to be called for any stage.

Salary

All posts carry a consolidated monthly pay.
