PwBD Trainee Posts
For the PwBD-reserved trainee positions:
- Operator (Chemical) Trainee: B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics or B.Sc. Honours in Chemistry with 50% marks.
- Technician (Mechanical) Trainee: Matric + ITI/NAC in Fitter, Diesel Mechanic, Machinist or Turner.
- Accounts Assistant Trainee: B.Com. with 50% marks and English typing speed of 40 words per minute on a computer.
These trainees will undergo a minimum one-year training period with a stipend of Rs 21,000 per month.
BCPL Recruitment 2026 Age Limit
The upper age limit varies according to the post:

- 30 years: Operator and Technician posts.
