CSL Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
The CSL Apprentice selection process is primarily merit-based.
- Only Kerala-domiciled candidates will be considered.
- Candidates will be shortlisted according to the percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed qualification.
- If two or more candidates have the same percentage, seniority in the passing year will determine relative merit.
- If the passing year is also identical, the older candidate will receive precedence based on date of birth.
- Shortlisted candidates must attend certificate verification with their original documents.
- Candidates successfully completing certificate verification will be provisionally considered according to merit and reservation.
- Final selection is subject to medical fitness.
CSL Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Salary / Pay Scale
This recruitment is for apprenticeship training, not regular permanent employment. Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend during the one-year training period.
The notification provides category-wise stipend amounts in its vacancy tables. Candidates should verify the stipend amount from the official notification because the extracted tables show a category/stipend inconsistency.
The apprenticeship training duration is one year. CSL also states that completion of apprenticeship does not create any right to permanent employment in the company.
