Important Qualification Requirement
Where M.E./M.Tech. is prescribed, candidates need a minimum 60% aggregate marks or 6.5 CGPA/CPI on a 10-point scale. Where M.Sc./B.E./B.Tech. is prescribed, the minimum is 65% aggregate or 6.84 CGPA/CPI. Rounding-off of marks is not allowed.
For JRF Post Codes 01 to 07, candidates must also have qualified CSIR-UGC NET, GATE, or an eligible national-level examination conducted by specified Central Government departments/agencies/institutions. The qualification result or score card must be valid on 30 September 2026.

ISRO SAC Selection Process 2026
The SAC recruitment selection process is primarily based on Personal Interview.
If a large number of applications are received, SAC may shortlist candidates based on their academic records and subject specialization. The shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview. The shortlist and interview schedule will be published on the SAC website, while interview call letters will be sent through email.
The final selection panel will be prepared based on performance in the interview.
Candidates must bring original documents and self-attested copies of relevant marksheets, degrees, certificates, NOC and other documents at the interview. Candidates failing to produce the required documents will not be allowed to appear for the interview.
