- Candidates must have 15 years of residence in Goa.
- Candidates must be present at the Chamber of the Director, Directorate of Health Services, Campal, Panaji-Goa.
- If candidates have a fellowship in ECHO Cardiology, they do not need experience. However, if candidates have a certificate in ECHO Cardiology, they need 1 year of experience.
