Overview

The Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has released Advertisement No. 04/2026, dated 01 September 2026, for the Common Recruitment Examination for Group-A & Group-B Gazetted (Technical) Posts – 2026 (Part-I). The recruitment offers 155 vacancies across five technical posts: Agriculture Development Officer (ADO), Horticulture Development Officer (HDO), Veterinary Officer, Assistant Director (Sericulture), and Dairy Development Officer under various departments of the Government of Arunachal Pradesh.

The online application process will be conducted from 10 September 2026 (5:00 PM) to 30 September 2026 (5:00 PM) through the official APPSC website. The recruitment is open only to Indian citizens who are Permanent Residents of Arunachal Pradesh and possess a valid Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe (APST) Certificate, along with the prescribed technical qualifications for the respective posts.

The selection process includes a Written Examination followed by a Viva-Voce, and a Recruitment Test may be conducted first if the number of applicants exceeds the prescribed ratio.
