Overview

Bank of India (BOI) has released the Specialist Officer (SO) Recruitment 2026 notification for 205 vacancies across 48 posts from Officer (Scale I) to Chief Manager (Scale IV). The recruitment includes Civil Engineer, IT Officer, Law Officer, Fire Officer, Security Officer, Senior Manager, Manager and other specialist posts across various departments.

The online application process will be conducted from 10 September 2026 to 25 September 2026 through the official BOI website. Eligible candidates with qualifications in Computer Science/IT, Civil Engineering, Law, Fire Engineering and other relevant disciplines can apply as per the post-specific eligibility criteria.

Post-qualification work experience requirements range from 1 year (Scale I) to a minimum of 8 years with domain-specific experience (Scale IV). Each of the 48 posts also carries its own mandatory/preferred professional certifications (examples: OCP Java, CISA/CISM/CISSP, PMP, TOGAF, AWS/Azure certifications, CKA, ITIL)
