BEL Apprentice Recruitment 2026 (Diploma Trainees Posts)

Overview

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Defence, has released the BEL Ghaziabad Diploma Apprentice Recruitment 2026-27 notification (No. 12930/64/HRD/GAD/02, dated 07 September 2026) for the engagement of 38 Diploma Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961 (Amended). The apprenticeship training will be conducted for one year at the BEL Ghaziabad Unit across Mechanical, Computer Science, Electronics, and Civil Engineering disciplines.

The recruitment offers an excellent opportunity for Diploma holders seeking practical industry training in one of India's leading defence electronics companies. Candidates must apply through the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal, as applications are accepted only through the prescribed apprenticeship registration process.

Eligible candidates must possess a Diploma in the relevant Engineering discipline from a recognized institution and fulfill the eligibility conditions mentioned in the official notification. The detailed age criteria, academic requirements, and apprenticeship eligibility should be verified before applying.

The selection process will be conducted according to BEL apprenticeship guidelines, generally based on academic merit, followed by document verification and other procedures prescribed under the Apprentices Act, 1961.
