BSFC Recruitment 2026 (Accountant, Lower Grade Clerk and More 259 Posts)

Overview

The Food & Consumer Protection Department, Government of Bihar has released Advertisement No. BCECEB(BSFC)-2026/01 for the BSFC Recruitment 2026 to prepare a written-exam-based recruitment panel for 259 vacancies in Bihar State Food & Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd. (BSFC). The recruitment includes Assistant Manager, Assistant Accounts Officer, Accountant, Quality Controller and Lower Grade Clerk posts.

The recruitment process will be conducted by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) through an online application process. The selected candidates will be empanelled under a one-year valid recruitment panel as per the official notification.

Assistant Manager (Sahayak Prabandhak)	81	Master's in Business Administration (MBA) / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) from a university/institution recognized by the UGC/AICTE. A Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is also accepted where the institution's PGDBM was renamed PGDM after 2007. Clarification: no degree/diploma with any other name change will be recognized as equivalent to the prescribed qualification.
Assistant Accounts Officer (Sahayak Lekha Padadhikari)	06	Chartered Accountancy along with a B.Com degree from a recognized university, OR B.Com degree from a recognized university with 5 years' experience as Assistant Accounts Officer or an equivalent post in the Central Government/Bihar Government or a Central/Bihar Government undertaking or corporation.
Accountant (Lekhapal)	11	B.Com from a recognized university with CA-Inter (Intermediate) passed.
Quality Controller (Gunwatta Niyantrak)	38	B.Sc (Agriculture) from a recognized university/AICTE-approved institution, OR B.Tech/B.E. in Food Science, Food Science and Technology, Agricultural Engineering, or Biotechnology.
Lower Grade Clerk (Nimnavargiya Lipik)	123	Graduate from a recognized university, with proficiency in computer operation and typing.
