DEO Chittoor Academic Instructor Recruitment 2026 (School Assistant, Secondary Grade Teacher 249 Posts)
Overview
The District Educational Officer (DEO), Chittoor has released the notification for the engagement of 249 Academic Instructors, including 156 Secondary Grade Teachers (SGT) and 93 School Assistants (SA), in government and local body schools across Chittoor District for the academic year 2026-27. The engagement is purely temporary for 8 months, from 01 September 2026 to 30 April 2027.
 
Eligible candidates can submit their applications offline at the concerned Mandal Educational Office (MRC) from 16 August 2026 to 21 August 2026. Selected candidates will receive a monthly honorarium of ₹12,500 for School Assistants and ₹10,000 for SGTs. Preference will be given to local candidates and TET-qualified candidates. Candidates can check the complete details regarding eligibility, mandal-wise vacancies, qualifications, honorarium, application process and other important instructions before applying.
