Application Fee

The ECL ITI Apprentices notification does not mention any application fee.
Candidates can apply by sending their application and enclosures by post without making any payment.

Age Limit

The official notification does not specify a rigid numerical upper age limit. Instead, eligibility is governed as per the Apprentices Act, 1961.

ITI Apprentice: Fitter, Electrician, Welder	140	Candidates applying for any of these three trades must meet the same set of eligibility conditions, which are based on ITI qualification and NAPS portal registration rather than a general degree requirement. All conditions below must be satisfied together. The applicant must possess an ITI certificate in the trade applied for. The applicant must be registered on the NAPS portal in the same trade as the application. The applicant must have secured at least 40% marks in the qualifying examination, i.e., in ITI. A candidate can apply for one trade in either West Bengal or Jharkhand only. If a candidate applies for both, the application will be rejected. Candidates can apply for ANY ONE DISCIPLINE ONLY; applying for more than one discipline results in summary rejection of the application.
