Overview

The Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhari North Maharashtra University (KBCNMU), Maharashtra has released the Temporary Assistant Professor Recruitment 2026 notification, inviting online applications for 138 vacancies across various University Schools, Departments, and Conducted Institutions. The recruitment offers an excellent opportunity for eligible candidates seeking temporary faculty positions under the applicable UGC, State Government, AICTE, and NCTE norms.

The online application process will begin on 12 September 2026 and remain open until 28 September 2026 through the official KBCNMU recruitment portal. In addition to completing the online application, candidates must submit a hard copy of the application along with the required supporting documents by 05 October 2026 (5:00 PM).

Candidates who possess the prescribed educational qualifications as per UGC, State Government, AICTE, or NCTE regulations applicable to the respective subject are eligible to apply. The recruitment also allows retired persons below 65 years of age to apply, subject to the conditions mentioned in the official notification.

The selection process will be conducted according to KBCNMU recruitment guidelines and may include shortlisting, interview, and document verification.
