LAHD SSRB Selection Process 2026

The LAHD SSRB Recruitment 2026 selection process includes an objective-type written examination conducted through CBT, TBT or OMR mode, as decided by the Board. Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification. Applicable qualifying skill tests may also be conducted for specific posts.

LAHD SSRB Exam Pattern 2026

The LAHD SSRB 2026 written examination will contain 100 multiple-choice questions carrying 100 marks. The subjects are General Intelligence, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude and English Language. The examination duration is 90 minutes, with negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.

LAHD SSRB Syllabus 2026

The syllabus covers General Intelligence, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude and English Language. The difficulty level will correspond to the prescribed qualification level of the post, including Matriculation, 10+2 and Graduation.

General Intelligence

Analogy, similarity and differences, problem solving, analysis, judgment, decision-making, visual memory, discrimination, observation, relationships, number series, non-verbal reasoning and related topics.

General Awareness

Current affairs, everyday science, history, geography, culture, economics, general polity, scientific research and matters relating to India and neighbouring countries.

Quantitative Aptitude

Number systems, whole numbers, decimals, fractions, percentages, ratio and proportion, averages, interest, profit and loss, discount, time and distance, time and work, algebra, geometry, mensuration and data interpretation. Topics vary according to examination level.

English Language

Vocabulary, grammar, sentence structure, synonyms, antonyms, correct usage, comprehension and other prescribed English-language topics.

2. Open the recruitment application link for Advertisement Notice No. 02 of 2026.
3. Complete the required one-time registration using your active mobile number and email address.
4. Log in with your registered credentials.
5. Select the post category for which you meet the eligibility requirements.
6. Complete the application form with personal, domicile, category and qualification details.
7. Upload the required photograph, signature and supporting documents according to the portal instructions.
8. Review the completed application carefully.
9. Pay the ₹200 application fee through the online payment facility.
10. Submit the application before 27 November 2026.
11. Download and retain a printed copy of the submitted application for document verification.
