Overview

Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MAHA Metro) has released the MAHA Metro Recruitment 2026 notification on 10 August 2026 for 56 vacancies across the Nagpur Metro Rail Project and Pune Metro Rail Project. The recruitment includes Junior Engineer, Senior Office Assistant, Office Assistant, Technician, Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) cum Motor Driver, and Attendant posts under Advertisement No. MAHA-Metro/N/HR/05/2026, and appointments will be made on a contract basis.

The recruitment is open to experienced Indian nationals, preferably residents of Maharashtra, who possess the prescribed educational qualifications and relevant work experience for the respective posts. Eligible qualifications range from 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, B.E./B.Tech, and B.Lib, depending on the post, along with the required experience mentioned in the notification.

The application process is completely offline. Candidates must download the prescribed application form, attach the required documents and application fee proof, and send the completed application by Speed Post so that it reaches MAHA Metro on or before 25 September 2026 (6:00 PM). No online application facility has been provided for this recruitment.

Selected candidates will receive IDA pay scales ranging from approximately ₹14,000 to ₹1,00,000 per month, along with applicable allowances and benefits as per MAHA Metro rules. Candidates should carefully check the post-wise vacancies, educational qualification, age limit, application fee, salary, important dates, before submitting their application.
