Overview

The Department of Women Development, Child Welfare, Disabled and Senior Citizens Welfare (WCD&SC), Karimnagar District, Government of Telangana, has released the Telangana Anganwadi Recruitment 2026 notification (Notification No. A1/1124/2026-27, dated 31 July 2026) inviting online applications for 60 Anganwadi Teacher (AWT) vacancies under the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) scheme. The vacancies are distributed across the Gangadhara, Huzurabad, Karimnagar Rural, and Karimnagar Urban ICDS Projects.

Eligible women candidates who have passed Intermediate (12th Class) or an equivalent qualification and belong to the local area of the respective Anganwadi Centre can apply online through the official WCD&SC Telangana portal from 01 August 2026 to 15 August 2026 (up to 5:00 PM).
