1. M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) or MCA from a recognized institution with at least 50% marks

OR M.E./M.Tech. (Computer Science/IT) with at least 50% marks.

2. B.Ed. from an NCTE-recognized institution with at least 50% marks,

OR 3-year Integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. with at least 50% marks,

OR 4-year Integrated Degree including B.Ed. component with at least 50% marks from an NCTE-recognized institution.
