- The position includes a 12-month On-the-Job Training (OJT) period, during which the candidate will receive practical, hands-on exposure to the assigned tasks and operational environment.
- Candidates must first register on the apprenticeship portals — NATS: https://nats.education.gov.in (Student Register/Login) or NAPS: https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in. For NAPS, search “Bank of Baroda” at: https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in/apprenticeship/opportunity and apply. Eligible applicants will receive an email from info@bfsissc.com to fill the Final Application-cum-Examination Form and pay the fee. Apply for only one State/UT, keep your NATS/NAPS IDs safe, and submit the application before 01.12.2025.
- Selection will be based on three stages — Online Examination, Document Verification, and Local Language Test. Candidates must qualify the online exam (no negative marking), clear document verification with all required certificates, and pass the language test (unless exempt through 10th/12th). Final selection depends on meeting eligibility, scoring minimum cut-off marks, verifying documents, clearing the language test, and being medically fit.
