- Candidates must download and fill the prescribed application format from www.belop-india.in or www.bel-india.in, attach all required self-attested documents, and send the completed application by post/courier to the Manager–HR, BEL Optronic Devices Limited, Pune-411026, superscribing the envelope with the post name. Applications must reach on or before 20.12.2025; late or incomplete applications will not be accepted.
- The selection process consists of a Written Test followed by an Interview for shortlisted candidates. Eligibility will be verified before the Written Test, which will be conducted at Pimpri-Chinchwad/Pune. Only candidates meeting all criteria and shortlisted based on written test merit (and reservation norms) will be called for interview. Test/Interview details will be communicated via email and posted on the company website. No TA/DA will be provided.
- Candidates will be appointed for an initial 1-year contract, which may be extended annually based on project needs and individual performance, up to a maximum total tenure of 3 years.
