- Candidates must download the prescribed application format from the official websites www.belop-india.in or www.bel-india.in, fill it accurately, and attach all required self-attested documents (DOB proof, degree/class certificate, caste/NCL certificate, identity proof, specialization certificate, photograph, and mandatory experience certificates). The completed application should be sent through post/courier to the Manager–HR, BEL Optronic Devices Limited, Pune, with the envelope superscribed with the post name. Applications must reach the office on or before 20.12.2025.
- Selection consists of a Written Test followed by an Interview for candidates who meet the eligibility criteria. Scrutiny of applications will be done before the Written Test, which will be conducted at Pimpri-Chinchwad/Pune. Shortlisting for the interview is strictly based on written test merit and reservation norms. Details of the test/interview and shortlisted candidates will be communicated via email and published on the company website.
