Job Details
- Candidate must have the ability to read and write Hindi fluently in the Devanagari script.
- Application must be submitted online through the UPPSC O.T.R.-based system. Candidates must first complete the mandatory One Time Registration (O.T.R.) on https://otr.pariksha.nic.in, obtain their O.T.R. number, and then apply online through the Commission’s website https://uppsc.up.nic.in. After completing all four stages (authentication, details submission, fee payment, and final submission), candidates must send the hard copy of the online application along with self-attested documents to the Commission by the last date.
- Selection will be based on a Screening Examination and an Interview. The screening exam will have objective questions with negative marking (0.33 per wrong answer). Minimum qualifying marks are 35% for SC/ST and 40% for other categories. Final merit will be prepared using 75% marks from the screening test and 25% marks from the interview.
- Candidates must pay the prescribed online application fee according to their category: Rs.105 for UR/EWS/OBC, Rs.65 for SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen, and Rs.25 for PwD. Fee includes the application fee plus online processing charges.
- Candidates may edit or modify their submitted online application only up to the last date notified by the Commission. The hard copy of the online application along with all required documents must reach the Commission’s office by 05.01 (till 05:00 PM); applications received after this deadline will not be accepted.
