- Interested candidates must submit their duly filled application either by post or in person at the prescribed address on or before 05 January 2026 by 05:00 PM. Candidates must affix a passport-size photograph, sign the application, and submit it in a sealed envelope along with self-attested photocopies of documents related to age, qualification, and experience, and two recent passport-size photographs. - Selection will be made through a Personal Interview. Candidates who are found to prima-facie eligible will be shortlisted and called for the interview. The Personal Interview is tentatively scheduled in the 3rd week of January 2026 at IOCL, Haldia Refinery Hospital, Haldia Township, West Bengal.
