Applicants must have a valid email ID before applying and keep ready scanned photograph and signature (JPG/JPEG format), with photograph size below 50 KB and signature below 25 KB, along with readable scanned copies of mark sheets (SSC, HSC, Graduation, Master’s, PhD, etc.) and a single PDF of all testimonials. Candidates are advised to carefully read the “How to Apply” instructions on the website. Applications submitted after the due date will not be considered.
- Merely possessing the minimum prescribed qualifications does not guarantee an interview call. If a large number of applications are received, the Screening Committee may shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience over and above the minimum requirements. Candidates must ensure that all relevant qualifications and experience as on the date of advertisement are correctly mentioned in the application.
- The list of candidates recommended by the Screening Committee will be notified on the website and divisional notice board on 09 January 2026. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an online interview, and the interview link will be shared via email on or before 09 January 2026. The online interview will be held on 12 January 2026 from 11:00 AM through platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or Cisco WebEx. No separate interview call letter will be issued, and no TA/DA will be admissible. Selected candidates will be required to join immediately upon receipt of the offer of engagement.
