- The candidate must possess a Any Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/Institution.
- Eligible candidates must apply online only through the High Court of Orissa website (www.orissahighcourt.nic.in) by navigating Recruitment Corner → Examination Portal → Recruitment to the posts of Junior Grade Typist / Data Entry Operator (Advertisement No. 01 of 2026). The online application window is open from 15 January 2026 (10:00 A.M.) to 11 February 2026 (11:59 P.M.). An application fee of ₹500/- is payable online, while SC/ST and Persons with Disabilities are exempted. Candidates must upload all required documents, including proof of age, Bachelor’s Degree certificate, typing speed certificate, PGDCA certificate, photograph, signature, and other applicable certificates. Incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected.
- Selection will be through a four-stage process consisting of a Preliminary Examination, Language Test, Computer Application Test, and Main Written Examination (Typewriting Test in English). The Preliminary Examination, Language Test, and Computer Application Test are qualifying in nature. The final merit list will be prepared only on the basis of marks secured in the Main Written Examination (Typewriting Test in English). In case of a tie, the older candidate will be placed higher in merit.
