- Interested candidates must apply online only through the Centre for Management Development (CMD), Thiruvananthapuram website (www.cmd.kerala.gov.in) by filling out the prescribed application form. The online application link is active from 14 January 2026 (10:00 A.M.) to 28 January 2026 (05:00 P.M.). Applications submitted through any other mode or incomplete/incorrect applications will be summarily rejected. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications for each post.
- Selection will be based on application scrutiny, shortlisting, and interview. KRL/CMD may shortlist candidates based on experience, academic performance, and overall suitability. If required, the selection process may also include a written test, group discussion, skill/proficiency test, or a combination thereof.
