- Eligible candidates must apply online only for the post of Veterinary Surgeon through the Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) website (http://hpsc.gov.in) from 20 January 2026 to 19 February 2026 (up to 05:00 PM). Candidates must complete online registration using their Mobile Number and Aadhaar Number, fill the application form, pay the prescribed fee, download the application, sign it, and upload the signed copy. Failure to upload the signed application will result in automatic rejection. No changes are permitted after final submission.
- Selection will generally be conducted in three stages: Screening Test, Subject Knowledge Test, and Interview. Depending on the number of applications received, the Commission may shortlist candidates based on educational qualifications, higher qualifications, experience, or may conduct a Screening Test and/or Subject Knowledge Test before the interview. The final examination pattern will be decided by the Commission and shall be final and binding.
- The application fee payable online (Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card) is ₹1000/- for Male candidates of General category (Haryana and other States), ₹250/- for Female candidates of General category (Haryana and other States) and ₹250/- for SC/BC-A/BC-B (Non-Creamy Layer)/EWS/ESM candidates of Haryana. Persons with Disabilities (40% or more disability) of Haryana are exempted from fee payment. Fee once paid is non-refundable, and applications without fee payment will be rejected.
