•  Master’s Degree (10+2+3+2) in relevant subject or equivalent;

• Honours Degree (10+2+3) in relevant subject with two years’ experience;

or

• Degree (10+2+2) and a Diploma of at least one year’s duration in relevant subject from a recognised institution and two years’ experience;

or
