- Candidates must submit the application in the prescribed format available on the ECHS website www.echs.gov.in, along with self-attested photocopies of documents supporting educational qualification and work experience, to the OIC, ECHS Cell, Gangtok. The application must be received on or before 22 February 2026; late applications will not be accepted.
- Selection will be through an interview. Eligible candidates must report to ECHS Cell, Station HQ Gangtok at 08:30 hrs on 24 February 2026, where the interview will be conducted from 09:00 hrs onwards. Candidates must bring all original certificates, mark sheets, experience certificates, discharge book, PPO, service records, and one passport-size photograph. No TA/DA is admissible. Selected candidates must undergo 10 days of unpaid On-Job Training (OJT) before joining, and key polyclinic appointments will involve a 10-day handing/taking over process.
