- Candidates applying for the contractual engagement of Head Cook (Female) must submit their application in the prescribed format, complete in all respects. The application should include self-attested copies of all relevant certificates, testimonials, and documents, along with two recent color passport-size photographs, one of which must be pasted on the top right corner of the application. Both the application and the envelope must be clearly superscribed with “Application for contractual engagement as Head Cook (Female) (on contract)”.
