- Candidates must apply online only through the ALIMCO recruitment portal by first creating a profile at the designated link. Applicants are required to fill in all mandatory details and upload supporting documents related to age, caste, educational qualification, and experience. After successful profile creation, the advertised posts will be visible in the candidate’s login, and candidates may apply for one post at a time. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications and pay a separate fee for each post. The application fee must be paid online through the ALIMCO recruitment fee payment system (SBI e-Collect) or the specified bank account, and the payment receipt must be uploaded in the application form before final submission. Once submitted, candidates may save or print the application form for reference. Hard copies of applications or documents will not be accepted.
- The application fee for Executive posts (E0–E7) is ₹500/-, and for Non-Executive (Group-D) posts is ₹250/-. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD categories and departmental candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee. The application fee, once paid, is non-refundable and non-adjustable under any circumstances.
- The selection process varies depending on the post applied for. For most managerial and specialist posts, applications will be scrutinized and eligible candidates will be called for a Personal Interview; if the number of eligible candidates exceeds the prescribed ratio, an Online Test may be conducted, with 50% weightage for the online test and 50% for the interview. For SAP Specialist posts, selection will be based solely on a Personal Interview. For certain officer-level posts, selection will be based on GATE-2025 scores, while for E-0 level posts and Accountant posts, selection will be based on an Online Test only. Final selection will be made as per the criteria specified for each post.
