- Candidates must submit their application in hard copy using the prescribed format available on the AWEIL website (www.aweil.in). The duly completed application should be sent by Speed Post or courier to the General Manager (HR), Advanced Weapons and Equipment India Limited, Ordnance Factory Kapli Road, Kanpur – 208009. The hard copy must be accompanied by two self-attested recent passport-size photographs (with the full name written on the reverse side), self-attested copies of documents supporting age, educational qualification, and experience. One photograph must be affixed in the space provided on the application form and the second should be attached separately. Candidates working in Government/Public Sector undertakings must forward their applications through the proper channel or submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview. All relevant information must be filled correctly in the application form. In addition to the hard copy, candidates must email an advance scanned copy of the application with enclosures to dir-hr@aweil.in, clearly mentioning “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF EXECUTIVE FINANCE – on Contractual Basis” in the subject line. The last date for receipt of applications is 23 February 2026. Incomplete applications or those without required documents will be rejected.
- Selection will be based on the candidate’s educational qualification, relevant experience, and performance in the personal interview. The interview will be conducted by a duly constituted Selection Committee. In case of a large number of eligible applicants, the Competent Authority may enhance the eligibility criteria and/or conduct a written test to shortlist candidates for the interview. Candidates called for interview must produce original documents relating to qualifications and experience for verification; failure to do so or any discrepancy in information will lead to cancellation of candidature.
