- Candidates must apply for the post of Peon (Adhoc basis) by submitting an application on plain paper containing details such as name, father’s/husband’s name, date of birth, sex, educational qualifications (all qualifications must be disclosed), category of reservation (if applicable), mobile number, permanent and correspondence addresses, and experience (if any). The application must be affixed with a recent passport-size photograph and accompanied by self-attested photocopies of educational certificates and documents supporting reservation category and experience, wherever applicable. Candidates claiming EWS reservation must submit a valid Income and Asset Certificate, while candidates claiming BC-A reservation must submit a valid Non-Creamy Layer Certificate issued by the competent authority of the Government of Haryana. Applications must be sent by post or submitted by hand to The District and Sessions Judge, Judicial Courts Complex, Gurugram Road, Jhajjar, and must reach the office on or before 20 February 2026 up to 5:00 PM. Applications sent through email will not be accepted. The envelope must be clearly superscribed with “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF PEON ON ADHOC BASIS”.
- Selection will be made strictly in accordance with Rule 7 of the Haryana Subordinate Courts Establishment (Recruitment and General Conditions of Service) Rules, 1997 (as amended). The interview schedule, along with the list of eligible and ineligible candidates, will be uploaded on the District Courts Jhajjar website, and no separate intimation or call letter will be issued. Candidates are advised to regularly visit the website for updates. Candidates appearing for the interview must bring original testimonials and proof of identity for verification. The final result will be published on the official website after completion of the selection process. The decision of the Selection Committee regarding eligibility, selection criteria, and final selection shall be final and binding, and candidature may be cancelled at any stage if the candidate is found not fulfilling the eligibility conditions.
