- How to Apply : Candidates must apply online only through the Indian Oil Corporation Limited website (www.iocl.com) between 07.02.2026 (10:00 hrs) and 20.02.2026 (17:00 hrs). Applicants must complete both Step I and Step II. In Step I, candidates must be registered on the NAPS/NATS portal with a valid and active enrolment number and apply for the relevant apprenticeship trade for IOCL Mathura Refinery. In Step II, candidates must mandatorily submit additional details through the prescribed Google/Microsoft Form. Applications will be rejected if either step is incomplete. Only one trade/discipline can be applied for.
- Selection Process : There will be no written test. Selection will be based on the percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed qualification (aggregate of all years/semesters) in descending order. Preference will be given to candidates applying for apprenticeship training for the first time. In case of a tie, the older candidate will be ranked higher; if still tied, higher Matriculation marks will be considered. Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification.
- Duration of Training : The duration of apprenticeship training is 12 months, which may be extended as per Apprentices Rules, 1992, if required.
