- How to Apply : Eligible candidates must apply in the prescribed application format available on the website of Ex‑Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (www.echs.gov.in). The duly filled application, along with self-attested copies of educational qualification certificates, Aadhaar card, PAN card, and work-experience documents, must be submitted to ECHS Cell, Stn HQ Gopalpur, PO-Golabandha, Distt-Ganjam (Odisha) – 761052. Candidates applying for both Polyclinics (Brahmapur and Bhawanipatna) must submit the application in duplicate. The application must reach the office on or before 01.03.2026; late applications will not be considered.
- Selection Process : Selection will be through an interview to be held at Stn HQ Gopalpur on 17 & 18.03.2026. Candidates must report by 08:00 AM, and interviews will be conducted between 10:00 AM and 02:00 PM. Only candidates meeting the prescribed qualitative requirements should apply, and preference will be given to Ex-Servicemen. Candidates must bring all original documents (educational certificates, discharge book, PPO, service records, Aadhaar and PAN cards) at the time of interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the interview.
