- How to Apply : Candidates must first pay the prescribed application fee through NEFT. After payment, applicants are required to submit the application along with a copy of the payment receipt and relevant certificates through the Google Form link: https://forms.gle/Di3JuZ9vzKQF7Nuh9 on or before 07-03-2026 by 5:00 PM. On the day of the interview, candidates must bring the duly filled application form (Annexure I), original certificates, and one set of self-attested photocopies. Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Institutions must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview. Separate applications must be submitted for each post, if applying for multiple posts.
- Selection Process : Selection will be based on an interview conducted at AIIMS Nagpur. In case of a large number of applications, candidates may be shortlisted based on qualifications, additional qualifications, experience, or through a written test. The list of shortlisted candidates and interview schedule will be notified on the official website. The decision of the Executive Director, AIIMS Nagpur will be final and binding.
- Application Fee : The application fee is non-refundable and payable through NEFT. ₹500/- for General/EWS/OBC candidates, ₹250/- for SC/ST candidates, and PwD candidates are exempted from payment of the fee. The transaction reference number and date must be mentioned in the application form.
- Duration : The post of Senior Resident is a tenure position for a total period of 03 years under the Government of India Residency Scheme. Any prior service as Senior Resident in a Government medical institution will be adjusted against the three-year tenure. Candidates who have already completed three years of Senior Residency under the Residency Scheme are not eligible.
