- Eligibility Requirement : The candidate should be in the rank of Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) or an equivalent grade at the time of leaving the Army, Navy, or Air Force.
- How to Apply : Eligible candidates must apply online through the official website of Bharat Electronics Limited (www.bel-india.in) under the ‘Careers’ section by clicking on the relevant advertisement link. The last date for submission of the online application is 17-03-2026.
- Selection Process : The selection process consists of a Written Test followed by an Interview. The Written Test will carry 85 marks, and candidates will be shortlisted for the Interview in the ratio of 1:7 based on their performance in the Written Test. The Interview will carry 15 marks. The final selection will be based on 85% weightage of the Written Test and 15% weightage of the Interview. Results will be published on the BEL website.
- Duration : The engagement is on a Fixed Tenure basis for a maximum period of 15 years from the date of joining or until superannuation, whichever is earlier. The tenure will be reviewed every five years based on performance and project requirements.
