  1. How to Apply : Interested candidates must submit their application in the prescribed format along with self-attested copies of required documents including 10th certificate, degree/postgraduate certificates, MCI registration certificate, proof of recognition of degrees, and experience certificates. The application must be sent to AGM (HR), HRM Dept., BHEL-Solar Business Division, Prof CNR Rao Circle, IISc Post, Bangalore – 560012 with the envelope superscribed “Application for PTMC”. The application must reach on or before 17.03.2026. 
  2. Selection Process : Candidates will be shortlisted based on the applications received and shortlisted candidates will be called for a Personal Interview. The selected candidate must also undergo a medical fitness test at the BHEL Dispensary before joining.
  3. Duration : The appointment is on a contract basis for one year with a one-month notice period on either side for discontinuation of the engagement.
