- Candidate must also have passed TET conducted by H.P. Board of School Education or authorized agency.
- How to Apply: Candidates must apply online through the official HPRCA portal at https://hprca.hp.gov.in. Applicants are required to complete One-Time Registration (OTR), fill in their personal and educational details, upload a scanned photograph and signature, select the desired post and preferred exam district, and submit the application after reviewing the details and paying the required fee.
- Selection Process: The selection will be based on a Computer Based Test (CBT) or objective-type written screening test consisting of 120 multiple-choice questions for a duration of one and a half hours. The questions will cover subject-related topics, general knowledge including current affairs and Himachal Pradesh specific knowledge, everyday science, logical reasoning, social science, and matric-level general English and Hindi. Candidates who qualify the test will be shortlisted for document verification based on merit.
- Application Fee: All candidates are required to pay a total fee of ₹800 through online payment methods such as credit card, debit card, or net banking. This includes an examination fee of ₹100 and a processing fee of ₹700. An additional correction fee of ₹100 will be applicable if candidates make changes during the correction window.
