Job Details

Candidates must apply online only, through the CMD website (www.cmd.kerala.gov.in).
Candidates must write and speak fluently in English and Malayalam.
Candidates must have a B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the University of Kerala.
Candidates must be retired Executive Engineers (or above) from PWD/CPWD, engaged in the design and construction of major buildings.
Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in building construction.
andidates must have familiarity (preferred, with weightage) with government procedure, multi-storey building design, AutoCAD, Excel, project management software, PRICE software estimates, Measurement Book/e-MB, e-tendering, bill preparation and PMC work supervision.
