Job Details
- Candidates must be officers of the Central Government, State Governments, UTs, Universities, recognized Research Institutions, PSUs, or autonomous, semi-government or statutory organizations.
- Candidates must have up-to-date APARs for the last five years and a Vigilance clearance certificate sent by their department, must have no major or minor penalty imposed on them, and must have no disciplinary or vigilance case pending or contemplated against them.
- Candidates must be holders of an analogous post on a regular basis, or have 5 years of regular service in Level 10, or 6 years in Level 8.
- Candidates must have a Master’s degree in law with 5 years of teaching and/or research experience in law, or, as alternatives, a Bachelor’s degree in law with 7 years of teaching and/or research experience in law, or 7 years of membership in a State Judicial Service, or 7 years of practice as an Advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961.
