Job Details

Candidates must be applying through either Direct Recruitment or Deputation mode.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in a Senior Management Capacity.
Candidates must have held a post at Level 13 or above in Central/State Govt./PSU/Autonomous Body to count as Senior Management.
Private candidates must have held a post equivalent to Board of Director in an organization with manpower/financial turnover similar to NIELIT.
Deputation candidates must not be older than 58 years.
Candidates must be officers of the Central Govt., State Govt., PSU, or Autonomous Body, and must be holding an analogous post on a regular basis, or have 3 years of regular service in Level 14 (Rs. 1,44,200 – 2,18,200) in the parent cadre or department.
