Candidates should have experience in railway operations, train scheduling, rake management, traffic management, or related functional areas, along with a good understanding of operating rules, yard design, station/yard layouts, signalling, and block working. Candidates should also be able to prepare operation plans, assessments and technical reports, coordinate with departments, and handle interdepartmental liaison, with proficiency in MS Office.
Candidates should be Railway officials working in Pay Level 7 as per the 7th CPC.
