- Candidates must have completed B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years of professional structural and marine engineering design experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on expertise in the design, analysis, and detailing of marine and coastal structures such as quay walls, jetties, dolphins, breakwaters, berthing structures, dry docks, slipways, and ship lifts.
- The application fee is ₹600 plus applicable taxes for General/OBC candidates and ₹300 plus applicable taxes for EWS/SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
