Experience

Candidates must satisfy either of the following conditions:

Option 1:

After obtaining the required degree, the candidate must have at least 10 years of experience practising as an advocate in a court of law.

OR

Option 2:

At least 5 years of experience working in a government or semi-government organization in the pay scale of ₹44,900–₹1,42,400 (Level 8), or in an equivalent position involving legal work.

Additional Requirements

Knowledge of basic computer operations.
Knowledge of Gujarati and Hindi is required.
