CPCL Non-Executive Selection Process 2026
The selection process will be completed in multiple stages:
1. Computer Based Test (CBT)
The CBT will carry 120 marks and will have two sections:

Candidates shortlisted through the CBT will have their educational qualification, experience, age and category documents checked.
3. Skill, Proficiency and/or Physical Test
Eligible candidates shortlisted in the ratio of 1:3 will be called for the Skill, Proficiency and/or Physical Test (SPPT). The SPPT is qualifying in nature.
4. Medical Examination
Final selection will be subject to the candidate being found medically fit according to CPCL's prescribed medical standards.
