Selection Process
Selection will be on merit basis by the District Selection Committee, headed by the District Collector. The notice does not mention a written test.
- Merit lists are prepared separately for each category of post.
- Total marks are 100: 90 marks for marks in the qualifying examination and 10 marks for age.
- For age, 0.5 mark is given for each completed year from 18 years, up to a maximum of 10 marks. Age is counted as on 1 July 2026. For example, 20 completed years gives 1.0 mark, and 30 years gives 6.0 marks.
- The merit list will be displayed on the official website of the District Collector for transparency and for calling objections.
- The final selection list is prepared from the finalised merit list, following the Rule of Reservation and Presidential Orders.
Reservation
Reservation will apply as per Telangana Government rules for community, disability and ex-servicemen. 33 1/3% reservation for women applies, and local candidates get reservation as per the Presidential Order. Vacancies in Scheduled Areas covered by G.O.68 will be filled only with local Scheduled Tribe candidates.
Remuneration
Remuneration is post-wise, from ?27,300 to ?1,00,000, as shown in the vacancy table. The posts are contract or outsourcing posts for 1 year or until the need ceases, whichever is earlier. They are not permanent or regular government posts.

Important Terms
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending interviews.
- Either side must give 30 days' notice for termination.
- Selected candidates will be informed by email or official communication.
- The panel of candidates will be used for future vacancies for one year from the final date of selection.
- Selected candidates must stay at headquarters. The posts are not transferable, and selected candidates may have to tour.
- The District Collector may change, modify or cancel the selection process at any time, and the decision is final.
