GRID India Recruitment Selection Process

The GRID India Executive Trainee selection process consists of:

1. GATE 2027

2. Shortlisting

3. Group Discussion (GD)

4. Personal Interview (PI)

Only candidates who qualify in the corresponding GATE 2027 paper will be considered for the next stage. Candidates are shortlisted category-wise using their normalized GATE marks.

Final Selection Weightage

GRID India Executive Trainee Salary / Pay Scale

Selected candidates will be placed at E2 level with a pay scale of Rs50,000–Rs1,60,000 (IDA).

Candidates will undergo one year of On-the-Job Training (OJT). After successful completion of training, Executive Trainees will be regularized at E2 level in the same pay scale.

After regularization, the compensation package may include:
